Illuminated

The sun was setting on the twilight world, only a portion of its light could still be seen by the inhabitants. Lurking in the shadows, a cloak figure was heading to the royal prison, avoiding the guards and the twilight birds patrolling the sky. Running inside the corridors, the intruder finally found her goal; rising one of her hand from her cloak, she slowly pushed the door of the cell.

The shadows were everywhere to be seen but deep inside, laying on the wall, was a human being in chains. His once beautiful blonde hairs had lost brightness and his green tunic was covered in dust. Only his pointy ears could remind of his Hylian origins.


Hearing the door being open, the prisoner raised his head to the opening, only to see his visitor, face hidden under a hood.

"Is it already dawn? I have lost notion of time inside this dark cell. But if it time for me to pay for my crimes, may I have a last wish? Could I see Midna before you took me away?" said Link

"Your wish have been satisfied." said the visitor before putting down her hood, revealing a beautifull face with red eyes and orange hairs.

"Midna?! Is that really you." said Link while trying to stand and walk to the girl only to be stopped by his chains.

"No one is aware of my presence here." said Midna "I try to resonate Xanto but he has maintain his verdict: For falling in love with you, a light inhabitant, we have been both condemned to death."


"Is there nothing you can do?" said Link

"There is still a way for us to avoid death but it won't be for free." said Midna "I can use my magic to send us both to the Light world where Xanto won't be able to chase us but by doing soo, you and I will lose our human apparence. 
You will be doomed to be a monstrous blue-eyes wolf-beast and I will remain in the form of an ugly little baby imp."

"Some says that apparences isn't what's matter in a loving relationship." said Link "You will be my princess and i will be your royal steed."

Smiling, Midna took Link head within her hands, she closed her eyes and kissed Link on his lips. Instantly, they both vanish like little black squares before retaking shape in Latouane hotspring. As the sun rays touched them, their forms changed just like Midna has say.

"It's...weird." said Link when discovering his new wolf body "I'm not use to walk on my four limbs."

 "And i feel ashamed to be in such a weakly form." said Midna when she tried to use her magic "I'm really as powerless as a baby." Touching her new body, Midna added "And I look like one, my breasts has gone tiny, but my buttocks and my belly have grown big!"

"Well, babies are cute so are you." said Link

Midna looked away while blushing before making a concerned look

“There is still something that I have to tell you." said Midna "It's...maybe it's better if you feel it yourself."

Taking Link paw, she put his palm on her belly, only for Link to feel a little pulse produce by the tiny heart of a foetus.

"Is... Is that?!" Said Link with fear and apprehension

"She...she is yours, Link, your little Nautira" said Midna with a smile before making a sad look "But...how can we raise her if we're both in those forms? Plus, i can't give birth with my little body."

As Link was putting his head down, he then heard a voice calling to him, just as the birthmark on his left-hand start to bright.

"I know what to do!" said Link before putting Midna on his back

"What are you..." tried to say Midna before Link start rushing through the forest, forcing Midna to cling to his fur to avoid falling on the ground.

Finally, Link arrived at ancient ruins inside the forest. Although he never went to this place when he was human, he could feel that someone was guiding him.

"What are we doing here, Link? There is nothing for us to see." said Midna

In front of them where the remains of an old temple with in it center, a pedestal carrying an old dusty sword.

"You have finally arrived to me, Master." said a voice

"What the..." said Midna while rapidly looking left and right with perplexity "Who's there?"

"You may not be my original master, but you carry his soul, blue-eyes wolf." continue the voice before a blue and purple looking girl appears from a light outing the sword, flying in mid-air.

"You! Who are you? Where are we? How is it possible you know Link?" Said Midna while pointing the girl.

Looking to Midna, the girl responded, "You certainly picked a talkative girl to be your girlfriend, master."

Blushing like a tomato, Midna shouted "I'M NOT HIS GIRLFRIEND, YOU WEIRD ROBOT!" but turning around taking a timid pout, "I'm his future wife..."

"I, Fi, Spirit of the Legendary Sword, know why you're here, Master." shifting to show the sword, Fi added "In order to be human again and to become a father, you have to unleash the blade from its restling place."

Nodding the head, Link approached the sword and when his paw touched the hilt, his birthmark shone like gold and his beast form vanished like darkness vanish head-on the sun rays.

Grabbing firmly the hilt, Link puted out the sword before pointing it to the sky, making the blade shine with a blue energy.

"The sword power is now your own." said Fi, "You can now change back your princess into her human form."

Touching Midna cheek with his left palm, Link saw her growing to retake her adult form except her belly stay as big.

"AH! She is moving." said Midna while touching the bulge.

"The triforce give your mate and your daughter resistance to the light." said Fi to Link.

"Well, it seems that we can be together forever now, Midna."

"You promise me you would come with me, remember? Now it's time for a new adventure."

Smiling to each other, Link kissed Midna passionatly while rubbing her tummy.
